Always a positive experience
Always a positive experience, either in person or by phone. I am very happy with the few times I have had a problem with the lawn and how Trugreen responded and corrected the problem.

We have been with TruGreen for all outdoor services for many years. Their employees are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They come when they say they will come and they have great Customer Service to let you know when they will be at your home.

I would definitely refer TruGreen to anyone.
Every TruGreen worker that has come out to the house has been excellent. They show up in a timely manner and complete their work in a timely fashion. Everyone knocks on my door to tell me that they have made it and hand me a written report when they leave, even though it is sent through the app. I would definitely refer TruGreen to anyone.

Although not completely done
Although not completely done, my yard looks MUCH, MUCH better. If you could see what we started with to where we are now in just 1 year, you would be amazed. Went from one of the worst yards in the neighborhood to very close to the top. The yard still has a few trouble spots, but I am VERY pleased with this service.

It was a pleasure to have the specialist from TruGreen work on our yard. Our lawn has never looked so good and he was careful to avoid the organinc vegetable garden as we requested. We have total conficence in TruGreen to know our grass will be the evny of the neighborhood!

Trugreen has a formula
Trugreen has a formula and system that works. It's basically a get it and forget it service. My lawn looks great...much better than I could do on my own.

We have had TruGreen
We have had TruGreen for several years now. Our grass always looks good - the pre-emergent and post-emergent keeps weeds from coming up and the continuing services maintains our grass. Our technician, Robert, is the best. That is one of the biggest reasons we choose to have TruGreen. You have the same technician each time, who knows your lawn and always does the best job possible to keep it looking great. TruGreen hires experienced technicians who know what they are doing. I have recommended TruGreen to several of my friends and they are all satisfied customers also.

TruGreen cares about my lawn and is very thorough. I'm notified by phone a few days before they arrive, so I know when to expect them. I have dogs and they let me know when it’s safe to let my girls back on the lawn. Their follow up documentation is very detailed and provides good information. I’ve had other lawn care services and have always been disappointed. Their prices are also very competitive. Keep up the good work!! I look forward to seeing my beautiful yard green up with No Weeds this spring. Thank you, TruGreen!!

True Green really takes care of your lawn and it’s seasonal needs. The guys servicing my lawn come ring to see if I am home and then proceed with the service. They are always so polite and if I have questions are always ready to explain things in detail. They never seem rushed. My lawn looks the best it has ever looked. True Green is the Real Deal
